AI SMS Automation: Missed call text-back, automated follow-up, booking confirmations, and lead nurturing via SMS.
Website Chatbot: AI-powered chat widget that engages website visitors, qualifies leads, and captures contact information.
Website Health Assessments: Speed, performance, form flow, SEO visibility, and conversion analysis reports.
Service features, availability, and scope are defined in the service agreement or proposal provided to each client. SiteSure QA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. SMS Terms of Service
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, demo forms, booking calendar, or any other SiteSure QA intake channel, you agree to the following:
SMS Opt-In Agreement: You consent to receive automated SMS text messages from SiteSure QA for the purposes of appointment reminders, booking confirmations, lead follow-up, and service-related communications.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages.

SMS opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opting out of SMS does not affect your other service communications or your ability to contact us by other means.
4. AI and Automated Communication Disclosure
SiteSure QA uses artificial intelligence to handle calls, respond to text messages, and engage website visitors via chat. You may interact with an AI system before speaking or corresponding with a human representative. Our AI systems are designed to identify and escalate situations that require human attention. SiteSure QA does not warrant that AI responses will be error-free or suitable for every situation.
5. Client Responsibilities
If you engage SiteSure QA as a client for setup, configuration, or managed services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information, approved content, and timely access to required tools and accounts.
Review and approve content, workflows, and communications before they are made live.
Maintain all third-party subscriptions and platforms required to operate the configured services (including CRM, SMS, and phone provider accounts).
Ensure your own use of SMS, voice, and chat automation complies with applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any carrier regulations.
Provide valid SMS opt-in consent from all contacts you communicate with using our configured systems.
6. Payments and Billing
Fees for SiteSure QA services are as outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or the Pricing page at sitesureqa.com/pricing. Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due as specified in the applicable invoice or service agreement.
Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring cycle as agreed.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
SiteSure QA reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on sitesureqa.com including text, images, logos, and software is the property of SiteSure QA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Custom configurations, workflows, templates, and automation assets built specifically for a client engagement become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSure QA shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue, lost business, or indirect damages resulting from service outages or errors.
Interruptions caused by third-party platform failures (including but not limited to CRM providers, SMS carriers, or voice providers).
Outcomes resulting from AI responses that were not escalated to a human representative.
Delays in A2P 10DLC registration caused by carrier or registry processing timelines outside our control.
Any consequences arising from the client's failure to obtain proper SMS consent from their contacts.
In no event shall SiteSure QA's total liability exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SiteSure QA, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required consents from third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SiteSure QA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or that AI systems will meet every use case without error.
11. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website or services may reference or link to third-party platforms and tools. SiteSure QA is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party platforms. Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where SiteSure QA is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
